Welcome to Soul Support. My practice was built with the intention of creating a space where people can heal and explore their soul journey. I work with astrology, hypnosis (past-life regression), and energy healing to help clients connect to a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. This work brings the mind, body, and spirit into conversation so insight isn’t just intellectual, but felt and integrated. Soul Support is exploratory and personal, designed for those who want to understand themselves more fully and create change that actually lasts.

  • For those who believe in past lives, regressions are incredibly illuminating. A form of hypnosis, past life regressions offer context, guidance, and divine wisdom. Cat also works with clients to help draw parallels between bigger themes at-play, which often allows clients to feel empowered about topics of importance to them.   • Energy healing is the among the world’s oldest forms of medicine. Shamans and indigenous communities understood that we are energetic beings, and that there are points in life in which we’ll all need a bit more support.
