Welcome to Soul Support. My practice was built with the intention of creating a space where people can heal and explore their soul journey. I work with astrology, hypnosis (past-life regression), and energy healing to help clients connect to a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. This work brings the mind, body, and spirit into conversation so insight isn’t just intellectual, but felt and integrated. Soul Support is exploratory and personal, designed for those who want to understand themselves more fully and create change that actually lasts.

  • For those craving depth and ongoing support, there are two membership options available. The Alchemize and Align membership offers two sessions per month and blends astrology, tarot, and energy healing, with an emphasis on integration and finding one’s center. The Soul Support Membership is one session per month, specific to astrology. This membership offers clients ongoing learning and insight to their astrological chart and helps them navigate timing and transitions. Learn more about memberships.

  • We’re well beyond the days of cheesy newspaper horoscopes. More than ever, people are understanding that astrology is a tool of empowerment and clarity. Cat’s sessions are rooted in the idea that we have free will and this lifetime is one chapter of an expansive journey of the soul.   • For those who believe in past lives, regressions are incredibly illuminating. A form of hypnosis, past life regressions offer context, guidance, and divine wisdom. Cat also works with clients to help draw parallels between bigger themes at-play, which often allows clients to feel empowered about topics of importance to them.   • Energy healing is the among the world’s oldest forms of medicine. Shamans and indigenous communities understood that we are energetic beings, and that there are points in life in which we’ll all need a bit more support.
