Book Your Hypnotherapy Appointment
The appointment will begin with 30-minutes devoted to understanding your experience with the thing that brings you to my office. This can be a specific habit or pattern you want to quit or change, and/or a goal you’re determined to meet.
Settle in to Deep Relaxation through Hypnosis
After our initial chat, I’ll spend 10-15 minutes developing a custom script to use during your hypnosis session. Once that’s complete, we’ll begin the hypnosis (about 45-minutes).
Continue Your Progress through Self-Hypnosis
You’ll receive an audio file of your personalized hypnosis session, allowing you to self-hypnotized from anywhere. Listening to this recording is what creates new neural pathways in the brain, allowing you to change behaviors, beliefs, and patterns. Clients are encouraged to self-hypnotize it for at least 21-days following their appointment.

Virtual hypnosis requires a stable internet connection and a device with video capability, like a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Hypnosis session are held via Zoom.

It’s important to schedule your virtual hypnosis session for a time when you’ll be free from pets, kids, staff or colleagues, roommates, and known requests. You’ll need a space where you won’t be interrupted or walked-in on. Beyond that, feel free to maximize comfort — wear comfy clothes, dim the lights, have water close by, etc.

Hypnosis costs $150. This includes the interview appointment, hypnosis session, and the audio recording of your hypnosis. Clients pay in full when booking their interview appointment.

There is a $100 cancellation fee for hypnosis sessions. Clients may reschedule with 48+ hours notice. There are no refunds issued for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 48-hours notice).

Hypnosis is generally very safe. There are some conditions that require medical clearance before we can proceed with hypnosis: Epilepsy, Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder, chronic Depression, and heart disease. If any of these apply, please speak with a medical doctor and receive written clearance.
