Virtual Group Hypnosis + Guided Akashic Records Experience
Join me on May 14, 2026 at 8 PM EST for a live virtual group hypnosis journey into the Akashic Records. This session is designed to support intuitive insight, emotional clarity, and deeper self-understanding during a powerful astrological window.
We are currently in a Pluto retrograde cycle (May 6–October 15, 2026), a transit associated with psychological depth, transformation, shadow work, and long-term pattern release. These periods often bring awareness to what has been operating beneath the surface, offering an opportunity for deeper integration and change.
This group hypnosis experience is designed to work with that energy directly.
Why This Timing Matters (Pluto Retrograde May-October 2026)
Pluto deals with power and transformation, and during retrograde periods we’re invited into a conversation with self that asks for deeper integration at a soul level.
The impact of Pluto retrograde is significant, and it often brings psychological and emotional material to the surface for processing. This can be constructive timing for shadow work, facing fears, and deconstructing patterns that are long overdue for change and release.
There is real empowerment in working with Pluto this way. We begin to recognize that we can move through intensity and still land on our feet, one way or another. To actually know that at a soul level, though, requires us to engage with parts of our inner world that can feel confusing, uncertain, or overwhelming when we finally look at them directly.
Pluto retrograde creates space to work with our inner-knowing in meaningful ways, and that’s the very space we’ll be working with in this session.
What Are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are often understood as an energetic field or archive of your soul’s experiences, where insight, patterns, and clarity around your life can be accessed.
In this session, you will be guided into a relaxed, receptive state where you can access this field for intuitive insight and reflection around a specific question or area of your life.
What Happens in This Session
In this virtual group hypnosis session, you will be guided step-by-step into a light hypnotic state and into your own Akashic Records.
From there, you’ll be supported in receiving insight and clarity around a specific question, situation, or area of life. This is not about forcing answers, but about creating access to what is already there, especially if something has felt just out of reach or unresolved through thinking alone.
The session is designed to be accessible for all levels. No prior hypnosis experience is required.

Deepen your practice and expand your energetic skillset with Reiki Level 2 Certification, designed for those ready to move beyond self-healing and begin working more intentionally with others.
This intermediate Reiki training builds on the foundation of Level 1, introducing sacred Reiki symbols, distance healing techniques, and a more refined understanding of energy work. Reiki Level 2 is often considered the practitioner level, where your connection to Reiki becomes more focused, intuitive, and powerful.
In this class, you will:
Receive your Level 2 Reiki attunement
Learn and work with traditional Reiki symbols
Practice distance healing techniques
Strengthen your intuitive and energetic awareness
Explore how to offer Reiki sessions to others (professionally or personally)
This training is ideal for those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and feel called to deepen their practice or begin offering sessions to clients. Class caps at 6 students and registration closes 36-hours prior to class.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1 Certification; if not certified in Reiki Level 1 by Cat Wilson, students will need to provide a copy of their Level 1 certification.
