What is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that helps balance the body, mind, and spirit by channeling universal life force energy. Our certification classes are rooted in traditional Usui Ryoho Reiki techniques and provide a comprehensive, hands-on experience designed to meet you wherever you are in your healing journey. Reiki Certification
There are three levels of Reiki certification, commonly referred to as Levels 1, 2, and 3. The third level of Reiki is also commonly called Reiki Master level. All certification levels are offered in-person in Wilmington, NC and virtually, allowing you to learn from Cat from anywhere in the world.
Reiki Level 1 Certification
In this first level of Reiki certification, students will learn key concepts of Reiki, including its history, ethical considerations surrounding energy healing, an introduction to hand placements and positions, and group practice. Students will receive their first three attunements that activate their inner access to Reiki as a healing modality. Reiki workbook is included.
Reiki Level 2 Certification
The second level of Reiki certification will deepen the student’s understanding of and connection to Reiki energy healing. Building on the foundational knowledge presented in Level 1, students will cultivate their intuitive connection to the practice, continue learning ethical best practices, study/incorporate Reiki symbols in-depth, and learn about the chakras as a system of divine intelligence. Students will take their hands-on practice to exciting new levels, and also receive their additional attunement to activate the next level of expertise and connection to the Reiki modality.
Reiki Level 3 / Reiki Master Certification
If you are Reiki Levels I & II certified, this offering is the next step on your spiritual journey of facilitating healing for yourself and others. Students can expect to grow their confidence and skill sets in this interactive training, priming them to step into their spiritual callings in powerful ways. In addition to being attuned to a Reiki Level 3 Master practitioner, students will move into greater expertise with the chakra system, energetic boundaries, communicating with energy, and manifesting their professional goals.
