Cat Wilson is a hypnotist, astrologer, and energy healing practitioner. She has built a unique practice that combines her background in public health and research methods with her spiritual intrigue and interests. She has more than 12 years of experience weaving the worlds of logic and reason with spirituality and mysticism. She believes it is at the intersection of logic and intuition that profound change occurs.

Background + Qualifications

Cat formally launched her healing practice in January 2021 after a decade in western healthcare, where she worked in clinical quality improvement and performance outcomes. She’s adept at taking abstract and complex subjects and making them relatable, helping clients understand the nuance of their experiences and find clarity in their journey. Educational background includes:

Interests + More Info

Outside of work, Cat loves reading, writing, exploring new places and subjects, and animals. Her animal allies in this lifetime include foxes, cats, and crows. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina in July 2020 but has lived in many states over the years. Her big three are: Virgo sun, Cancer moon, and Scorpio rising.
