Hypnotherapy for Stress Relief: A Holistic Approach to Finding Calm

Stress is a silent pandemic in the US and the Western world, but it doesn’t have to run your life. Hypnotherapy helps you shift out of overwhelm by regulating the nervous system, reprograming beliefs and habits that may subconsciously send stress signals into overdrive, and help people find lasting peace.

Stress Isn’t Just In Your Head

Stress has become pervasive, chipping away at our health, our wallets, and our peace of mind. It is often much more than a fleeting emotion, some silly reaction we have to heavy traffic or a tough meeting at work.

Over time, chronic stress deteriorates the immune system, creates inflammation in the body, infiltrates our sleep, makes it hard to focus, and can tax our relationships.

Stress is not “all in your head.” It is one of the most expensive, pervasive, and underestimated health challenges of our time. The good news, however, is that your mind holds a powerful key to reducing its impact, and that’s where hypnotherapy comes in.

What to Expect

Clients may choose between an individual session or bundle (three sessions) and save. Both programs begin with a 30-minute intake consultation held virtually. This first session is a chance for me to understand your journey, goals, and the specific challenges. From there, we move into a series of customized hypnotherapy sessions, each lasting 45–60 minutes.

Sessions can be held virtually or in-person in Wilmington, NC. You’ll receive an audio recording after each session, along with guidance for self-hypnosis practice between meetings. Practicing self-hypnosis a few times a week helps deepen the work and reinforce the desired changes.

Pricing + Booking

My Stress & Anxiety Hypnotherapy Bundle is a 3-session package, which includes your intake appointment and 3 hypnotherapy sessions + recordings. The price is $420, which may be paid at once or in monthly installments ($140/month). Monthly payment plans are considered a contract, meaning clients agree to three monthly automatic payments.
