In a 90-minute hypnotherapy appointment, clients can expect the following:
In the first 30-minutes, you’ll meet with Cat and share your challenges and goals, and why you’re seeking hypnotherapy.
Cat will then spend 15 minutes preparing materials to help the hypnosis session be customized to what you need.
In the final 45-minutes, you’ll be hypnotized.
Other details: Clients receive an audio recording of their customized hypnosis session to listen to following their appointment. This is recommended for 21-days for greater impact and effectiveness.
